When is checkout/check-in time?

Check-in for the Ontario Inn is at 3:00 p.m. with checkout time at 12:00 p.m. For those arriving before 3:00 p.m., please check with the front desk to see if your room is available earlier. If not, we can store your luggage if needed. If you are delayed or plan to check in late in the evening, please inform the hotel's Front Desk as a courtesy and to assure that we are ready for your arrival. Late check-out is also possible, but only if the hotel has availability. Contact the Front Desk for any questions.



What is the hotel's cancellation policy?

We understand that things come up and that you may have to cancel your reservations. Reservations made directly through us or our website by 5 PM of the scheduled arrival date without a fee. If you do not cancel by this time, you will be charged for one night's stay (room charge + taxes). Please contact us if there are any concerns.

Please note: Reservations made via a 3rd party booking service (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor) must be canceled through that service, and cannot be canceled by our Reservations Department nor through our website.




Is breakfast included in the rate?

Yes, we offer a free continental breakfast from 7 am to 11 am in the lobby. Wake up to a hearty spread of muffins, bagels, fruit, cereals, coffee, and juice to keep you fueled for the day.



Does the hotel have free Wi-Fi?

Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access throughout the property and in your room. Feel free to browse or take care of work freely and at your time with a fast and reliable network connection.



Are there refrigerators/microwaves in each room?

Yes, all of our rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. A few rooms have full-size refrigerators so feel free to inquire if you will be staying more than a night or two.



Can third parties pay for guests staying in the hotel?

Yes, it is possible to have someone pay for the room that won't be present at check-in. We do require that a credit card authorization form be filled out from the person paying and sent to us electronically or by fax. Please contact us to acquire this form before check-in. Otherwise, we will only accept a credit card with your name on it.



Can I pay with cash?

Yes, it is possible to pay with cash instead of a credit card. You will still have to present a photo ID and there will be an extra $50 security deposit which will be returned upon checkout (after inspecting the room).



Is the Ontario Inn cannabis friendly?

Yes, we are cannabis friendly but please keep in mind that you must request a smoking room if you will be smoking anything at all. Smoking tobacco or cannabis in a non-smoking room will incur a $100 excess cleaning fee to make the room acceptable for the next customer.
